Possibilites for the Local Groups:
ICE CREAM
ICE CREAM!!!!! Wouldn’t it be great if a bunch of black/white/muslim/hispanic/jewish/ christian/lgbt kids got together with a group of black/white/muslim/hispanic/jewish/ christian/lgbt kids and just had ice cream together. Yes, there can be pointed discussions about race and religion and leaders of the groups can teach about “their group” …… but wouldn’t it be nice if the kids just sat and ate ice cream and talked about music, sports, instagram, or whatever it is kids these days talk about?

Keep It Simple
OK, it doesn’t need to specifically be ice cream, but the point is to keep it simple and let the kids just meet each other as kids meeting kids … WITHOUT focusing on the specifics of a minority. That can come later.

This website will help to organize things globally, but any help locally would be great. The more boots on the ground the better!
This doesn’t have to be just for kids. Any and all ages can get together. 🙂
It Doesn't Need To Be Big
This list can also be used for small gatherings. Really anything that helps tolerant like-minded people get together is a wonderful thing!
People from Different Groups Can Have the Same Hobby
Also please feel free to contact people who share similar interests as you. This is a great way to build relationships with people outside "your group."
If you want to be a local leader, please do so. We will help in any way we can.

Note: We will also be asking (optionally) for religious and racial information. This way, if someone wants to organize a mixer between (for example) a Muslim group and a Jewish group, it will be that much easier.
